TDD Seaside Sailor Sew-a-long links:
Day 5: Putting it all together
Day 6: Dress Parade! (that's today)

Our Seaside Sailor Sew-A-Long has come an end.  I hope that you have enjoyed it as much as I have!  I have loved seeing everyone's finished dresses am so glad you pushed yourself to try new ideas and techniques. This very last post is a "Dress Parade" of sorts showing off all the beautiful dresses you have made!

Let's kick it off with this beauty by The Tie Dye Diva herself!
This is a 0-3 month baby dress featuring True Blue by Ana Davis for Blend Fabrics.

I made this fun version in 18-24 months for Sweet Pea's 4th of July dress

This adorably classic seersucker dress was made by Donna C.
How can you help but smile at this cutie!  Katherine M.
followed all of the bonus tutorials in the sew-a-long  to
create this beauty with a scalloped collar and hem pleats!

I love the fabric and colors in Alexandra L's Seaside Sailor for Baby

This cutie is ready for the 4th of July!  I love
Tammy M's fabric placement and monogram.

Nicole S went above and beyond making a matching doll
dress. Don't you love her fabric?

Speaking of above and beyond...Nicole made a dress for each of her
daughters during the sew-a-long! Is this not the sweetest picture you've ever seen!?

I love Patricia M's version of the Seaside Sailor.  She also included both a
scalloped collar and hem pleats.  I love her creativity using chambray for the skirt!

I adore the springy colors in Ruth C's sailor dress!

Rachel H thought outside the box on her Sailor
dress and made a Minnie Mouse inspired version!

Sara W made this sweet dress for her niece.  I love her fabric placement!

Sara W also made this dress!  She added a sweet lace
inset to the back of the skirt for a little extra frill!

This classic beauty was made by Stephanie K

Marlene M made this whimsical, fun dress.

This beautiful dress was made by Ardia T.  I love the
applique and ribbon detail on the collar and hem!
And last but not least, I love how all the details came together on this lovely dress!

Did you know there's another sew-a-long coming up next week using Tie Dye Diva Patterns?  If you enjoyed this sew-a-long consider joining that one too!  Kathy of Handmade Dress Haven is hosting a sew-a-long starting on Monday, June 16 and running through Friday, June 30.  She will be walking you through making both the Easy Peasy Peasant and Storybook Pinafore (baby sizes 0-24 months and girls sizes 2-10).  The first week will be spent collecting supplies and preparing the patterns so don't worry if you need to pick up some items still! Be on the look out for a sale on the patterns coming on Monday!

How did I missed this sew-a-long?.. :( I have this pattern since last Fall and was planning to make it these coming weeks since hot weather has already arrived... Joining the sew-a-long would have been so much fun! Oh well, I'll just make it anyway! :)
